"FROM STARDUST TO US" - Art on the Atlanta Beltline, Eastside Trail, Sept-Nov 2013.
This shooting star sculpture is a creative timeline that explores how life developed over time, from stardust to us. Working with scientists at the Center for Chemical Evolution, and youth from the East Atlanta Kids Club, artist Terri Dilling assembled and printed images to represent how molecular interactions could eventually lead to diversity of life on earth.
(This project was supported in part by the NSF/NASA Center for Chemical Evolution and by Art on the Atlanta BeltLine)
